Consultation & Advice
Consultation sessions provide trauma-informed, relational guidance for individuals and organisations needing clarity on complex situations, interpersonal dynamics, or treatment options.
Consultation sessions offer individuals, families, teams, and organisations the opportunity to seek expert guidance without a clinical assessment. These appointments provide space to explore specific concerns, complex cases, service challenges, leadership issues, or questions about diagnosis, risk, or treatment options.
I draw on a trauma-informed approach and relational understanding to help make sense of difficulties, whether they involve clinical complexity, interpersonal conflict, or team dynamics. Consultations can support clinicians looking for a second opinion, teams working with relational challenges, or organisations seeking input on policies, staff wellbeing, or mental-health related decision-making. I can also offer advice to families or carers who would benefit from understanding how to navigate mental-health challenges or treatment systems.
My consultation work is collaborative and focused on offering clear, thoughtful, and practical recommendations. This flexible support can be provided as a one-off session or as part of ongoing advisory input, depending on what you need.
